Flexibility

Quality materials

- The materials we use are among the strongest in the industry, in some cases by up to 40%, and selected based on our experience and our company standards.
- Except for warranties relating to painting surfaces, a one-year warranty applies to all materials, including workmanship relating to fabrication and material defects. In addition, a twenty-year warranty will be provided to factory-applied painted surfaces (of roof deck, gutters, and fascia panels) against peeling, checking, chipping, or cracking and all other finish related defects.

Quality workmanship
- King Manufacturing’s office and plant enjoys a low turnover rate. Over three quarters of our in-plant fabricators have at least 8 years of experience.
- Also, we have developed long-term relationships with our erectors. They have an exceptional understanding of how and in which order our products are assembled prior to the installation’s commencement.
- A one-year warranty applies to all labor, including workmanship relating to fabrication, installation, and leaks.
Fast Installation
- We complete a great deal of fabrication at our plant, which enables erectors to install our products as quickly as possible.
- All structural steel will be fabricated with pre-drilled bolt holes for easy field assembly.
- In addition, we use framing cages rather than loose angles to brace most fascia systems. This is one of our very own unique designs, which considerably reduces the total on-site installation time.
Conservative Design
- We proudly have developed the reputation of providing conservative designs using the finest materials on the market at a competitive price. While we do not always offer the “best” price, we strive to offer the best product overall for your investment. Similar to many industries, the lowest price does not guarantee quality or longevity.
- We want to provide our customers with more than just the bare minimum because we expect our canopies to stand for decades to come.
- Choosing a conservative designer can save our customers money in the long run, particularly in terms of expansion and relocation. Bare minimum designs are often more costly to build additions to or relocate since many parts of the existing canopy may need to be replaced. In addition to lack of longevity, bare minimum designs can also be dangerous. In a world of lawsuits, no one wants to own a potential liability.
- Our conservative design approach has accounted for our perfect design record and enabled customers to easily and cost-effectively build additions to existing canopies or even relocate an existing 20-year-old canopy from a non-active site back to use at a new site with little trouble, despite the ever-more-strict building codes and design criteria.
